SCROM uses HTML and has a few other restrictions so that titles can communicate in a uniform way with the LMS. So, when you publish to scorm, you generate html. You can publish to scorm and then open folder where the course is and double click on one of the pages. I think that will work. Then you can navigate to the one you want. You may have problems if you try to start with index.html but other pages are likely to work. Haven't tried it. To answer your last question, not to my knowledge - the html will not work in other places. Posted elsewhere is you can put a
to break a long line in the toc.
