Browser for Preview in Browser button

Does anyone know how to switch the browser used in Preview in Browser. I use both Firefox and IE to test pages for my courses. I can't see anything that allows me to pick which browser or to change it. Right now it is using Firefox and I want it to use IE. I have no idea how to make it switch.
