Getting a variable set to a carriage retu

I am using a variable to change the contents of a text box depending on conditions. Everything works fine except that I would like to have a blank line between 2 short sentences in the text. I cannot find any way to enter the right code in the Value: box to get it to show a blank line when running.I am using a variable to change the contents of a text box depending on conditions.
