Drag/sequence questions & groups

Would like the capability to drag questions and groups into the desired sequence on the left panel.QuestionsIt appears that the tab order is determined by the sequence in the left panel. When you try to drag the questions to resequence them, you find that they do not react like other objects. The only way I was able to resequence them was to drop them in reverse sequence after text block -- much like the way we had to do sections in 2005.GroupsThe issue is less important with groups but right now all you can do is drag and drop them above or below other types of objects, not other groups. On some pages I have several groups and would like to sequence them easily in the left panel. Sometimes I have to create a dummy text box and put it where I want it in the layering, then drag the groups in reverse order (like we used to have to do with sections), and finally delete the text box.
