Tips on working with SMEs?

Here are my starters. What are yours?- Have them bring worked step by step examples to the interview. - Use audio recorder and possibly cameras to document steps.Questions to ask- What did you learn recently?- What was challenging at first? Why?- How did they get past the challenging bits?
