Only ONE On Done Action

Great tip! But I thought "On Done" actions didn't work when publishing to HTML, because the browser doesn't know when the media is "done"? Am I confusing this with something else? My Lectora brain is a bit fuzzy after being completely unplugged from Lectora (including the Lounge) for a month...
