Additional GoTo Selections

Could use Additional GoTo targets:First page in ChapterFirst page in SectionWhen learners are in the middle of a chapter, I would like to give them a button to take them to the beginning of the chapter, not the title - like a Home button but for the chapter. Right now there is no way to do this consistently. ben
