I would add;- Developing page turners- Failure to consider design constraints- Not able to work with your SME's- Not understanding who your users are or their core competencies- Not breaking up your course into small manageable chunks- Using type, text, color and graphics incorrectly- Spelling and other instructional errors- Long scrolling pages- Inconsistent page and navigation layout- No feedback to users
