Fix handle dragging on small objects

When dragging the bottom handle on say a one line text box, instead of the bottom going down and the box getting bigger, the top comes down and makes the box smaller! When trying to drag the right or left center handle on a one line text box, instead of it expanding only left or right, it changes the top edge which now mis-aligns the box. ben
