Request for Top and Bottom Margins

Would be useful to be able to set the top and bottom margins in a table cell as well as the left and right ones which is what the margin parameter seems to do now. Implement it on the same dialog box as borders.Also would be nice to specify these in a text box, especially since they are actually tables. Maybe you could even use the same dialog box.
