Need help with SCORM title

I have just started to use my client's LMS which looks like it might be SocratEase. I created a sample course that contained a test and one question.I published using SCORM 1.2 and uploaded with no problem.I published the much longer real course as SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2000 but neither upload successfully. The error message is "Please enter a valid zip file."Their IT group has not been much help so far.I am running Lectora 2007 SP5.Any suggestions as to what to change/look for/try?
