Spell checker Improvements

Spell CheckerI recently got burned because I misspelled a couple of words in the names of some pages (in the left pane). These show up in the table of contents. The spell checker does NOT check the page names and chapter names. I realize that some people may not want to check these so maybe it could be a preference to check them or not.
