BenNot sure I understand what you are asking... the avatars that come with SitePal can take pre-recorded voice overes, you can use Text to speech (what I do) or you can even record a segment over the phone... this is all included. Additionally, you can have upto 20 different messages that randomly play..... there are lots to them.Can you clarify what you mean't by why did I decide to have voices?
