Workaround for Translation Tool Expansion

I have found one downside so far and one up side. Down side: numbered bullets are converted to hard coded numbers in sequence from the beginning of the document. So, on page 10, instead of 1,2,3, I might have 5,6,7. Have not studied the RTF file for these. Up side: many regular bullets before were converted to tiny dots and sometimes indented incorrectly. These are now fine. ben
