BenSitePal.com rock!I use them extensively in my LMS and am developing another site for a credit union in Michigan and they too have it.If you want to see one, I have one on the login page of our LMS, which you can get to at http://cmslearning.learn.com and we call him Nigel.SitePal has about 30 characters and is only $500 a year for over 100,000 streams.
