Pasting diagrams from PowerPoint

Or you could always use my favorite tool, SnagIt, to capture a picture of the diagram from PowerPoint, then either paste it directly into Lectora, or paste it into the Image Editor and convert it to a .gif (if you don't need any fancy colors or if you want the background to be transparent) and bring that graphic into Lectora. One note though...you may need to use a bit of trial and error to get your graphic to the size you want it on the Lectora page. You'll get the best looking graphic by rescaling the image in PowerPoint (while it's still a vector graphic) and then recapturing it, rather than trying to rescale it in Lectora or the Image Editor.Hope this helps!LauraP.S. If you don't already have SnagIt, I *highly* recommend making the $39.95 investment (less, if you buy licenses in bulk) to purchase it. To my mind, it's probably the single best companion tool to have when creating e-learning. I also use it to video capture animations I create in PowerPoint so I can play them as video in Lectora. And, in case you're wondering, I have absolutely no connection with Techsmith (the company that makes SnagIt) - I'm just a big fan!
