ReviewLink Information Center Appears Blank AND Q re Viewing Course Completion

Tried to access the Help feature on ReviewLink, but the ReviewLink Information Center comes up blank (at least for me). Any idea why?
The reason I was trying to access it in the first place was to see if there was anywhere in ReviewLink where I can see if a course is completing correctly or whether I can only check that on my own LMS.
Appreciate any help with either or both of those questions!

Hi Laura,
Sorry you are having problems access help aka the ReviewLink Information Center. Is this still the case? If so please drop the url that is in the address bar on the help pop up window in your response.
In regards to your completion question, if you are trying to check the SCORM completion status then you will have to check that on your LMS at this time.
