Is ReviewLink Down?

A couple of different times today I tried to upload my course to ReviewLink for testing and both times I got the message, "The operation timed out."
Thanks for any help...I really would like to be able to do some testing of this course in ReviewLink ASAP!
(P.S. I couldn't find a forum specifically for ReviewLink questions, so I hope this is the right place to have posted this!)
