Error Saving as .jpg in Image Editor

Hi, all -If I paste an image into Lectora's Image Editor so I can edit in and stuff and then try to save the edited version in .jpg format, I the error message Problems with Save(), RC=-804 and then, after I click OK on that message box, I get a second error message, Unknown Error. RC = -804 (it doesn't like it's own error message??). Does anyone know why I'm getting these errors and how can I successfully save an Image Editor image as a .jpg file (without just using a different application)?TIA!Laura
