Making "All" the Multiple-Condition Default

Most often, when I have multiple conditions on an action, I need ALL of those conditions met, not just ANY. Therefore, I would prefer that "All" be the default select, rather than "Any." I don't always remember to change that default and then I have "mysterious" problems with my activity, until I realize that I didn't select "All."
Ideally, I guess, it would be nice if one could set a preference for what one preferred the default to be. Barring that, though, I'm wondering if others find that they use "All" more than "Any" and agree that "All" should be the default?
