Has v9a Fixed Your v9 Problems?

I am using v9a (went from 2008 SP2 to v9 to v9a) and I am really only having two issues. One is the Web 2.0 pop-ups. They still act inconsistently.The other is publishing anything with video or stand alone audio to HTML. Most of the people in my company do not have some plugin on their machine that allows them to see it, they only see a white box where the media should be. If I publish the same course in 2008 SP2, everyone can see all of the media and they are happy.
