Which Completion Status Should I Set?

I am assuming that you mean if the learner exits the course BEFORE you get to set the lesson status although you did not say that. What would happen if you set the AICC_Lesson_Status to failed on page 1. Then if they exit the course, it is failed or I guess Unsuccessful.
