Old Boolean Logic Request w/ New Idea

I'm definitely in favor of a more robust Boolean logic procedure. I hate the fact that if I want to combine AND and OR conditionals then I have to create multiple actions that are hard to follow.I could see something kind of like the Expression Builder in MS Access. Kevin
