"First Time Only" Checkbox(es) for Actions

I see merit in this.
I'd even suggest broadening it to cover all sorts of options.
So, perhaps there is a check box and an action to run the first time (and not the first time) an object Shows. Or Hides. Or Moused Over or Keypressed or what have you. That should cover the vast majority of special situations that could arise.
That's a lot of real estate, so I'd see this as being a button on the Properties dialog box that opens up a new dialog where actions can be assigned to various instances of the first time (or not) something is accessed per the action.
Good suggestion.
