Separate Table of Contents Window

Neil - Interesting solution! Not sure it's worth loading up every page with all that extra stuff (although, it will be neater to do now that we have the ability to create groups! ), but I'll give it some consideration...Ben - I just thought it would be nice for the users to be able to see the page their on so they can get their "bearings" when looking at the list within the table of contents. This is definitely in the category of a "nice to have," not a need to have -- I agree that the original solution works fine overall.
