Run action group - query

Hi,
In the attached file, (sample from ELB site)
1. There are three buttons, which on clicking changes character's action and text on screen.
2. To minimize actions, I created Run Action Group.
3. And, that is where I guess I am going wrong.
4. Can it be reviewed, and guide me on how to make it better.
