Hi,
When I try and convert the elephant image as button, it takes its removed background.
Is there a better way to do that?

Hello Malvika,
When you create an Image button out of an image that is a .png Lectora will assume it will have button states so either you can either leave is an image and add your actions to it or if you create a button, you would have to choose the button and go to the style ribbon > Fill style > and choose "Transparent"...furthermore you would want to go to "Shadow" and choose none.
