Quiz - Mobile publish

Hi,
To publish a quiz, there is an action that needs to be added. I am missing that.
Could you guide me that.
Also, I tried publishing it. I want to test it if it works on android and ios.
I clicked on index.html - it reflects blank screen.
request if you could kindly check, and confirm.
