Which is preferred mode to publish Lectora courses/quizzes?

I think the answer to that really depends on your LMS (assuming you are using an LMS), and what is compatible/works best with it, but generally speaking it would be SCORM over AICC.
And from my experience, normally SCORM 1.2 over the others; but it really will depend on what your LMS Administrator tells you it needs to be based on your company LMS.
