How do we create something like this in Lectora?

I can see a few ways. One would be to have the skeleton image on a lower layer and the human in pieces on an upper one, then transition in the pieces of human using Wipe Down and Wipe Up. You'd increment an decrement a variable to control which pieces are transitioned in and out. Each "slice" would include the top or bottom of the frame around the x-ray viewer.
Really, you'd want to script it in JavaScript.
I can't download the Storyline file (because my employer is blocking Preethi's personal OneDrive) to see how it was done there.
