Hi,
1. I have downloaded the 'shopping cart' image from ELB.
2. When I inserted it to the project, it comes with background color.
3. How I can remove this white background from the image.

Solution
You can use any photo editing software to remove the background and save as a .png or .gif.... or look for a resource that already has the background removed. (.png and .gif support transparency).

Malvika, on the Lectora product and engineering team, we're perennially faced with a question of what we can and should include within the tool, making it a feature we have to build and support. In application development, all feature choices essentially end up competing against other decisions.
In this case, with the wide availability of alternative image editing solutions and apps, this is a task that is quickly, easily, and better handled outside of Lectora.

Thank you. I was looking for option to remove background in Lectora.
@mmalhotra-9265 Some people use PowerPoint to remove an image background then resave the image.
There are also a number of free online services online that do that automagically. I just processed the same shopping cart image through remove.bg and it worked like a champ.
Malvika, an easy thing to do is filter your search to only get vector (not bitmap) images. Most vectors will come with no background, and if they do have one it's usually quite easy to remove.
