Hi,
How can I go about just having one character from bunch of characters below.
Also, need different poses for each character.

Vector graphics like this are used by designers to pull the characters they want out of the file. You can use Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop or an equivalent of each to do this copying and pasting. Programmers could also use this and pull the individual characters and place them where they want. The poses are what you see. Look for similar looking graphics in the library or use the eLB cut out people who have multiple poses for each person.
