Assessment - Certificate

Hi,
1. Is this how assessment should work?
2. Also, does this work on phone?
3. Also, our LMS has a set template for certificate.
3. So, would prefer to have user complete assessment, and LMS set in a way that if a user passes - he gets certificate from LMS.
