Upload files on Forum?

As far as uploading it to a "Company" I don't see the big deal. If he makes money off of it, great. The way I see it, we are all making money off of these ideas really. If you learn something that you start using at your job, that you recieve a pay check for, you have just made money off of somoene elses ideas, one way or another.I just figure, the tighter the community here gets, the better it is for the product itself and all of its users.
