Bug with Video Encoder in 2008

It appears that 08 does not like RM video. I tried dragging and dropping the video onto a page and it didn't take the video into Lectora - just did nothing. I then used the Add Video button and it imported to the page, but it's behaving oddly. With all other video formats I've added to 08 the video has appeared as a black square on the page and I was able to move the video using my mouse. The RM video is not black - it is taking on the characteristics of the screen wherever the file lands - i.e. it appears to be taking a snapshot of the background image and holding onto that image (similar to when a application is frozen and won't minimize and if you put another window on top of it, that window image sticks there). Also, when first added to the page, when I mouse over the RM video my mouse changes to a diagonal double arrow, as if I want to resize the window. I cannot move the video to a new place on the screen until I resize the video, after which my mouse changes to a hand and I can move the video. The RM video also won't play when in Preview or Run mode, but does play in Preview Browser mode. I put a wmv video on the same page as the rm video and the wmv video does all of the things the rm video can't do - black rectangle, previews fine, can be moved around, etc. When I published to html the RM video did not get converted to flv, but the wmv video did convert to flv. Very odd. Hopefully Lectora will get it fixed soon.
