Lectora VideoEditor- No WMV 9?

So, I'm messing with Lectora's VideoEditor tool (using it to add flags for synched captions) but it does not let me save the videos as Window Media Video 9 - it only offers 8...Any idea what's up with that, and is there a patch around for this?Joe
