How can we do compliant video in Lectora?

We add closed captioning to every Lectora page, in the foooter, that has audio or video, as a separate graphic (the closed caption graphic) link that opens in a new window sized to fit the closed captioning. We use a javascript command in the object to close the window when they click anywhere else, so the window resizes on the next closed captioning open.
