Icon for image published with empty alt tag?

It would be nice to have the standard image or button icon get a little checkmark on it or grey it out or something to show that it's currently checked as "Empty Alt Tag"... that way, when I'm skimming through my courses, I can quickly see if they're marked that way instead of having to click on each one and view their properties...
Just a thought.
You could also do that with always on top selections too.
