Install and Registration Woes...

So, there I was...I got a new, spiffy computer and needed to install lectora on it. I uninstalled it from the old computer and then installed it on the new one. When it came time to register it, it says that I have exceeded the number of installs for the serial number...So all that I can figure is that on the original computer, when you uninstall it, it still hoses your serial.Any suggestions from y'all? (I have contacted support@trivantis.com but haven't heard anything yet.)CDC Joe
