How to remove browser URL address bar

Does Lectora have a built-in function for removing the address bar at the top of the screen?

My initial guess would be "no" since this is natively a user-side setting. Also, a quick Google and Stack Overflow makes it look like the only possible way to do so is if the window opens in a pop-up, creating a whole new set of possible pitfalls.
