Best title page size for mobile phones in portrait mode
May 2, 2025 5:54 AM
Hello
I have come back to helping a bit with Lectora and would appreciate a bit of help. The people I work with would like to use primarily mobile phones in portrait mode. It would be good if the title page could fill the entire vertical space of the page. So... my question is: What would be the best size setting to help achieve this?
Thanks very much for your help.

Hello Andrew. Portrait Phone, the challenging layout! The default dimensions using Responsive Course Design in Lectora is 480 wide by 763 high.
Some forum members might be able to share their favorite page sizes if not the default.
When designing using Lectora, make sure you are doing your mobile design in the Phone Portrait view. You can turn off the other four views if you want, but they will be available if the client later asks, "What about Desktop or Landscape phone?".
You don't want to start in the Desktop view, making it look good for phone portrait, with narrow width and tall height. Otherwise, if you do all your work in Desktop view and it looks proper for phone portrait, turning on the actual phone portrait view later will shrink the RCD phone portrait down to a skinny and really tall view.
