Forum Email Notifications Usability - Link to topic url

When a reply has been added to one of my forum posts I get sent an email informing me. Can the email provide a link to the post, currently it just says:
To view the new comment and continue the conversation, go to the following topic: XYZ
and XYZ (the subject line) isn't hyperlinked.

PS I got an email to tell me a new comment had been added to this post, when there hasn't been, I've only just created it!
