Who is using Captivate 5 for videos within Lectora?

I have a big problem.
I have just built a course which incorporates 12 software simulations. Each simulation is about 2 minutes in length at an average size of 3mb.
The problem is that when the learner starts a video simulation, it takes between 1 - 3 minutes to load the video. Obviously, this is unacceptable.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this problem?
Ideally, it makes sense to instruct Lectora to load all the media content during continuously until complete, rather than wait until the media is requested. Another possibility is to stream the media content. Are any of these valid options?
Any thoughts?
