lmssetvalue error cmi.suspend_data

Hello folks,
Hoping someone can enlighten me as to what specifically is causing this error message:
"LMSSetValue Error: cmi.suspend_data to [VarQuestion_00037=......"
I understand that this error is usually associated with exceeding the memory allotted by the LMS for suspend data. But I thought this error was generally for very large courses.
Details:
- Lectora X.6
- Course is entirely a test of 70 questions (about 80 pages total)
- Published as SCORM 1.2
- Published to a Moodle 2.0 server
- This above error appears at Question 37 and continues popping up whenever a test selection is made for all questions after #37.
- After OK is clicked (on error), the next message states: "Some of the persistent data was not able to be stored"
Note: This error does not occur on our professional subscription SaaS LMS. It only occurs on a test Moodle 2.0 platform.
Any ideas on how to solve this problem?
