Forcing course window to maximize (on LMS)?

This is similar to a question I asked a while ago....but now it has become a little more urgent.
I am now receiving reviews back on my first curriculum and there are some issues with a few learners accidentally losing windows focus. In other words, the course window gets 'lost' in the background and all they see is the following potentially confusing window generated by the LMS:
Running Courseware.
Do not close this window.
Do not click the 'Back' button on your browser.
Do not click the 'Refresh' button on your browser.
This problem would be solved if I can somehow force the course window to go full screen and also change the above text to contain something more informative.
I have already placed a feature request with my LMS provider but in the meantime, is there some way to go full screen within Lectora?
I while back I had asked about this and the responses were that it could not be done. But in fact, there are many ways this can be done! In fact, I have done so using simple Javascript. The problem is, there is no way to automatically add such code to Lectora X courses. The only way is to manually add the code to each published course, every time a course is published.
Is there an easier way?
