Training Outlines (Sales/Marketing and Technical Software)

Greetings folks,

After a lot of trial and error (literally), I have developed the following training outlines for Lectora based training. The reason for doing so was to build consistent training and ensure that all major topics are always covered.

I am posting these for two reasons. One: Hopefully they can help others building similar training courses, Two: I would like to request feedback and possibly improve on these outlines. The Sales/Marketing has been tested. The Technical software outline was just built today and hasn't been tested.
