random html pages?

After looking at a lot of XML files, best I can figure is that as objects (including pages) are added they are assigned the next higher number. Don't know how many lists are running. My guess is that you added page 14 after the others therefore it has a higher number. Other than that, not much help. During testing a course here is what I do. I create a drop-down TOC at the title level and make it not visible. Then I have an action on some object that appears on every page. When I click on it the TOC appears. Then I can go where I want.
