LMSSetValue Error: Store Data Before Initialization (on Mac - Safari)

Hello folks,
Just adding to today's problems, I have a Mac user, that is seeing the error, "LMSSetValue Error: Store Data Before Initialization" whenever they click the back or forward buttons in all five recently published courses. Both the back and forward buttons are simple On Click, Target Next or Previous page.
Here is the real puzzle:
- This error has never happened before
- This error only occurs on this one Mac Powerbook
- I have just tested the courses with a different Mac Powerbook G4 and I see no errors from Safari
Unfortunately, SCORM REF does not really help me.
Anyone has any ideas why this is happening on only one Mac?
