Lectora X4 - Curious about a better way to - pop-up graphics
June 7, 2011 12:00 AM
Hello folks,
I am wondering if there is a way to display an image in a separate window (Web 2.0 type).
This is what I am try to accomplish:
I have a page with a resized (using Lectora resizing) screen capture. The learner needs to click on this image to display a full sized rendition (but the full size image is larger than the course window.
Ideally, I what to show this image in a pop-up (web 2.0 style window) but I wish to avoid the following:
- Using a web link to an external copy of this image
- Maintain two versions of the image
In the past, I accomplished the showing of expanded images by using two versions of the image (a small and a full sized). [BTW, has anyone ever used the SIZE TO action? It seems very unstable and poorly behaved.]
The limitation was that the expanded image could only be as large as the course window.
Any thoughts? Thank you.
