Lectora X - Bullets (is it possible to customize?)

I just noticed that there doesn't seem to be any options available for automated bullets. Is this true, is there only one style of bullet available in Lectora?

In particular, it would be really handy if it were possible to use a customized (graphic) bullet, in order to, adhere to my company's style standards and give our lessons a unique look.

I would rather avoid inserting a graphic object to replace a bullet. That would be a lot of work for many times bullets are used in our lessons.

Is going to be another item for the wish list?

Where do I find out about the "table method"? I can find nothing that allows me to change the spacing between the bullet and the text

The table method not only lets you choose your graphic style, you can also change the font size, color, and space between the bullet and the tex -- none of which you can control with the standard bullet tool. Here's what that looks like.

What she means is that you create a table in a text box with two columns. Put your bullet symbol (graphic or text) in the first column and then put your text for the bullet in the second. In Lectora 11, you can insert tables into existing text blocks by right clicking inside the text block and selecting Table near the bottom or you can insert a new text block with a table using the Insert ribbon.

Since many of the bullets in PowerPoint and Word are Font Symbols, such as Wingdings, I often use those where the bullet would have been in PowerPoint and set the text box property to Convert To Image for those who don't have that font installed. Resizing text affects these "bullets" (really fonts) so there is nothing more I have to do to achieve the look I want. No resizing images or altering tables. I only use the method above when the bullet is an image.
